      And here is Vongold himself.

Not too sure which one is the real cock?

Looking at other items he often sells on eBay, he must be a regular visitor to the militaria fairs so keep an eye out for this thieving little toad at militaria fairs throughout the UK.

And the torrent of turds just never ends.

          https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/253467696037?ul_noapp=true

"Here we have an original pair of late 1940s shoes with a hollow section in the heel I do think the heel rotates around to expose the hollow area but did not want to force it, the shoes are in ok condition also in the sole of one of the shoes there seems to be a pice of paper by make out the wording but a really rare item and would look great in any display I know these were quite popular with soe and resistance from what we can see online they are an Italian shoe"

Late 40's shoes, Ok, "I know these were quite popular with soe and resistance" Well, I suppose they needed shoes for walking about.

In some ways I find the buyers even more offensive than the people who sell this crap!

          Grrr!

Another load of junk from Ellie

This so called push dagger item 323134637558 made from a corkscrew.
Even claims to be by Bruce Hand who never existed and was a figment of the imagination of Windrum and Mason.

Isn’t Military Trader one of these “questionable” sellers.

This is the one that has sold lots of fake Dambuster items in Lincolnshire - avoid at all costs! He faked provenance, letters etc search WAF and you will see.

Have some in old Compass Cases for the Graphite mines.
Maybe I should offer the containers and throw the Compasses away.

A camera made post war advertised as a "secret agent camera ww2".

The man is committing serious fraud on eBay and getting away with it. Not to mention the thousands he is making from selling his crap via several legitimate auction houses.

One of his latest fraudulent pieces which fleeced another poor sucker.

Compare the top and bottom end caps on Vongold's to the original shown in the catalogue and you can quite clearly see that Vongold's is a normal civvy issued Ever-Ready torch.

Message to Vongold in case he frequents this forum....

....these torches were modified by SOE you thieving tw*t!!

In some ways I find the buyers even more annoying than the sellers. With even the minimum of research you can determine that most of the stuff offered on ebay is total crap. Anyone who is happy for fork out serious money for an obvious fake only really has themselves to blame.
