    Belt with number

    Hello,
    Is it possible to tell what is the meaning of the number stamped on the belt? Is it post WW II practise or just WW II?

    That number was used from June 1955-October 1955.

      Tinlid - a batch number, perhaps? Ort did it ID the factory, etc? I assume not an individual serial no.
