Visor hat...period and country??

I have this one picture of a visor hat. I am leaning towards it being Canadian or Australian.
Any help would be appreciated. Oh yeah, and circa period??

Appears to be for a junior officer of either the RAF or RCAF; the capmaker would confirm the likely service.
Crown is a King's version, so pre-1953. Hard to tell if WWII era with this photo.

Get one of the underside of the peak. Many wartime ones have a green underside, later ones have the same blue serge cloth underneath.
