Unknown DPM Pouch

Found this Pouch in a Bag of Stuff today and like to know what it is for.
It has an inner Divider what can be folded away, fixed with Velcro and 2 Clear Plastic Pouches under the Top Flap for Charts/Papers.
Does anybody knows this Pouch?

recently I got an MTP Pouch with such foldable divider, used for 8 40mm Rounds, but this one is much larger.

I have never seen one, and as it has no label of any kind I suspect that it is a 'Silvermans' special ie commercial made.
