Does it have some pattern of manufacture differences from the up to 1945 productions ?

Without being 100% certain but they are the same except for the date and the WD letter. The main changes don't come into being in the mid 1950's. These days a late 40's example will not be cheap anymore, or not as chaep as perhaps they used to be, check out the prices for late 40's para berets for instance.
