Spitfire canopy value?

I have a Spitfire canopy, with the bulletproof glass.
And I am thinking about selling it.
Can anybody help me setting a fair value?

I agree not many of these around. I used to have a piece from a spitfire that was dug up by a friend of mine's son at Kenly. He and a few of his friends used to search out buried aircraft from the war. He said sometimes if a plane was too badly damaged it was just bulldozed into a pit and covered up

Given the amount of damage it is highly unlikely this would be used on a flyable aircraft, and unless it has known verifiable history its value is somewhat objective IMO.
