Help with Airforce cap English , Dutch , Beldien ???

Found this cap in english sty . Can anybody help me by identification of it. If it Englisch, maybi Dutch , Belgien, Neaderland ....... I realy dont know and time ww2 because found in our area and maybi maybi from former POW from ww2.
