    A good Christmas gift

No socks and ugly ties for me this year, boyos. This is what a good woman buys her man for Christmas. A lovely Royal Marine Light Infantry Sgts dress tunic, dated 1911 named with all the bells and whistles.
    Eat your hearts out ,
    Garth

      Garth,
I am betting that you were the "belle of the ball" when you went marching into Christmas Morning services wearing that shiny red soldier suit!

That is one nice tunic and you obviously have a much nicer wife than I have. The closest thing I got to militaria was black dress socks (whoopie! )

Merry Christmas and "Good On Ya!"

Yeah, hiding the receipts is hard. Hiding the fact that the collection is growing is even harder!!

          If my wife finds out...

            Garth:

What a great looking jacket! My wife would never consider buying me any type of militaria, she hates it (probably because I like it). Your a lucky man!

Glad to see I'm not the only one that is hiding receipts, however I'm in trouble if she ever figures out that the prices are in Euro and not Dollars.

            Best,
            John

                Hiya ,
i just think it is obscene and plain immoral that all our quality militaria ,here in the home land is disappearing out to the colonies to people who will never apreciate or understand its historical value .....

tut ,tut ,shame on you Garth and to think you have the nerve to blame your good lady wife ..............
you would never catch me selling to you foreigner`s

                  Michael old son,

Rest assured these priceless relics of the empire are in the hands of the progeny of a Welch father and Irish mother, both of whom had the good sense to leave while to going was good.

                  Best for the new year,
                  Garth
