The insignia could have been added later except for the Eagles , should there not be a Crown above the sergeants stripes ? . If its all period applied then very nice . Rob

The insignia is correct for an RAF Sergeant. A crown above the stripes would be Flight Sergeant. First impressions are that it looks good to me

I always thought Flight crew were Flight Sergeants a cut above your ordinary sergeant . Rob

Aircrew could qualify as sergeants, at first glimpse it looks good to me....although missing it's belt
