Question about British Red Cross

Hello, I’m looking for information about history, medals and badges of the
British Red Cross. Who can show me books or magazines about them?

As far as I'm aware, there's no specialist books on Red Cross-related badges & medals. These are pretty much (still) on the fringe of collecting, not unlike temperance medals. There is a Red Cross collector on this forum (who's name escapes me), and maybe they could point you in the right direction.

On a (very) long shot, you could try contacting the American Red Cross museum...I think there is a link through their main site. They may very well have points of contact for their UK counterparts.
