Not an "Fantasy item" in this, certain, manner !

You can find an lookalike of this WWII "knuckle duster" in the paperback "Knives of War - An International Guide to Military Knives from World War I to the Present" by Gordon Hughes, Barry Jenkins and Robert A. Buerlein on page 57, Figure 4-30.
Such knives supposed to be manufactured in India during WWII.

If nordsith´s knife´s an original item, or, a reproduction, (replica), I cannot say for sure, but, I reckon, it´s not a period made knife, (maybe also manufactured in India ? ...).

          Cheers,
          R.

          P.S.:
          @ nordsith
I do not know from which country you´re coming from, but, (for example), here in Austria, (also in Germany), the possession of such knives is strictly illegal !

I'm familiar with the primer on fighting knives by Hughes & Co.....doesn't mean I agree with it. Sure, private purchase knives of this fashion were available at the time.

Same here in Canada, any "brass knuckles" or items with brass knuckles attached would also be illegal to possess . Also switch blades, gravity para knives, butterfly knives just to name a few. Even if in a collection they would still be illegal
