Hello Adrian,

Sadly I have no other information about the person behind this insignia. The insignia came with a very light weight type of flying helmet, goggles, para wing, shoulder title and FANY button. This type of wing can be seen in the book 'The women who lived for danger' on page 129. I love this group even more now that I have read a few books on the courage the women of the SOE had to jump into France etc. I will try and take a better picture and I have attached a photo of the rear of the insignia.
