thanks for the reply Rob!!!!
Due to work commitments i need to sell them to raise funds, i am not bothered about the medals but the blucloth has large sentimental value but i am in one of those positions where i have to make sacrifices and unfortunately they have got to go. i'm jst trying to get rough ideas of value on them as i do not want to get ripped off by shady dealers, i find it harder getting info on british items as i did with my german stuff and find ebay hit or miss as i ended up letting go of a mint south wales borderers bluecloth as nobody bid on it yet when i showed it to someone it was ripped out of my hands, i was even willing to travel to show it off in person but with fakes etc people are way to paranoid which i can understand but if they can see it in person then whats the problems.... sometimes i wish my dad had sold everything before passing away as selling the items can be challenging and depressing.
Nick.

Ball park for any blue cloth helmet is £600-800 and up, depending on the unit, condition etc.... They are a specialist area and it might not sell very quick unless priced to sell.
Valuing medals is really a specialism in its own right, not something I know enough about to tell you with those you have shown.
I'll drive pass Port Talbot tomorrow as I am working in Cardiff for the day and again next week.
Jerry
