Who wore Commander In Chief RN cap tally

Like it says in the title , I have a group of stuff from a WW2 WREN and with it is a well used Cap tally COMMANDER IN CHIEF any ideas . thanks Rob

Well would be attached to his staff in some capacity. There where a whole bunch of CINCs in the RN in WW2 like the other tallies that did not name a ship (HM Ships, HM Submarines etc) this would of been a generic tally for issue to all OR under a CINC

was a failed (well never got off the ground really ) social game I worked on back in 98-99 on-line fantasy rock and roll groups . We where up to a few hundred uses then the .bomb hit and we lost what little funding we had and our day jobs and we closed it down.
