I did a quick google search on XXX Corps Alamein Cuxhaven just to see what would come up. I found a lot of these medallions for sale, but strangely there is a huge range of prices. I guess with a commemorative piece like this the value is a shot in the dark......sorry I can't be of more help, but Google should give you a good idea of where to go with it
