I have a WW1 Services Rendered Badge with the number "RN19648", can anyone tell me where I can find details of the person it was issued to.

Yes the RN is Royal Navy but the number is a badge number not a service number.
I have tried the web but cannot find anywhere that allows you to check the Badge number in order to obtain the recipients details.

There are rolls out there for the various war service badges but I don't believe they're available through the usual British Government sources. Perhaps someone else on this site will know where to access copies, but for years they were simply not to be found. Good luck!
