You don't see to many enamelled badges. It's an interesting mix. I like the ww1 era police badge
The ATS cap badge is interesting, I think they were ww2? But it could explain the mothers badge...it's a long shot that guess at best. But that would combine the two female related badges.

Otherwise a very neat belt with some twists.

The pin on the mothers badge is typical of those used on some WWII German tinnies. (usually the ceramic type) So probably a replacement.
