thank you. i was concerned with the "W number", i've seen these with an "FS number", not W.

any idea on value?

Check this site. I think yours looks like the ones made in 1990, so the value will be that of a reproduction [made by the original makers] presentation piece. Not an expert, but I'd guess 1/2 to 1/3 of the real ones in value.
