...are they hard to find with a slider attachment? I've been looking for another for a bit and haven't found one yet but can't believe they wouldn't be common?

Is it rare?
If it makes a difference, its not for sale and I don't care what it's worth. It's attributed (but not documented) and came with a small lot of medals (4 x common, all unnamed) that appeared at a local antique store.
