Super rare rubber thingymebobs. Can anyone guess what they are?

Lastly is a mega rare set, in fact it's way, way beyond rare.

SOE Telesonic receiver complete with coil pick-up.

I have only ever seen 5 others of this piece of equipment and this is the only one with the coil pick-up unit.

                        1. Page 58 of Melton & Ladd's "Clandestine Warfare - Weapons and Equipment of the SOE and OSS."

                        2. WW2 Clandestine Equipment, Camp X museum, Richard Brisson collection

                        3. Ebay. Poor condition example sold on Ebay. No webbing etc. just a battered shell.

                        4. Ebay. Decent example with strap sold on Ebay.

                        5. As featured in Louis Meulstee's "Wireless for the Warrior 4" update. From the collection of Eric Pierret, France.

This example picked up by the border of Holland/Belgium.

Head of the coil pick-up unit does go further down on the aerial rod so it has a smaller signature in reality. Due to the head being difficult to remove I have screwed it down just a short way only.

They are rubber washers that go into a particular "tube".
