Hi Irv,

Thanks VERY much for the link, I must have missed it since I first visited the forum.
Some very nice knives are shown there; it is good to see so many undisputed original knives together.
I bought my copy of Alan Locken's guide after buying my two FS knives; fortunately they are both ok. I can recommend tyhis book as it is cheap and you will be able to judge a knife; I get so frustrated about the postwar knives on eBay being sold as genuine WW2, and get a high selling price .
