Royal Navy cockade difference between WW1 and WW2

I would like to konw if there is a way of figuring out the difference between WW1 and WW2 British Royal Navy visor cap cockades. I've seen somewhere it's mentioned that middle dot color was different from around 1920s, but I'd like to hear from more experiences colleagues.

Thanks in advance for your kind reply!

RN Visor caps had a crowned wreath with a fouled anchor in the middle......I don't know the "dot" you refer to? Kriegsmarine caps had cockades, not RN

OK, I used a wrong term.

But were the WW1 and WW2 crowned wreath completely the same than?
