Red Scottish Jacket, WD Mark Help Please.

Bought over the weekend as part of a job lot, i was told as i purchased it that its a 1913 dated item, well got it home i couldnt fins a date but found the WD mark in the top sleeve area, anyone know the date it corresponds too? I do know that a number of years back a friend bought around 30 of these and they were all dated 1913, i pressume this is one from the batch. Pete.

Bandsman's tunic, 'cut away' model for wear with a kilt. Not unlike the ones still worn by British Army bands, so it could date anywhere from the stamped manufacture date [1913] to the 1970's or so. I have a Cdn equivalent, infantry cut, which probably clothed 4-5 generations of militia - we call them 'Reserve' - bandsmen between WWII and when I bought it in the 1970s.

Probably not too valuable, but looks to be a nice clean example. I'd keep itmif it were mine!
