      First the bad news, joining the forum and mentioning the proposed book prompted me to contact Jims son, something I havent done for about 18 months, anyway due to technical problems the idea of a book/books is shelved.

      Now the good, a website was initiated in October of this year with the intention of ultimately showing all of the archive, inc photo's of individuals, medals, memorials etc of which there is in excess of 3000 and the research on all the soldiers of the LB who set foot in the Crimea.
      Obviously this will take some time as the transcript of the researches alone comes to over 1,500,000 words, then there will be the other stuff to upload .
      Very much in it's infancy, the first few pages can be found at;
      www.chargeofthelightbrigade.com.

        Brought this back up as the first three bio's are now on the site, with well over 2000 more to go looks like we're in for the long haul.
