Royal navy visor for review

I am looking to buy one RN visor for my collection, so I saw this one for sale.
Is it good?

Also, if anyone can recommend a good place to buy one, just shoot the info ;-)

Looks good to me; here are photos of another example, made by Gieves, and named to a Surgeon Captain.

Looks fine to me and probably an early example as the center dot in the crown changes from blue to red in the early 1920's if I remember correctly.
