Just found this one today. First time I got one of those, it came with a bunch of sweeheart pin that I buy for my collection. I would like to know the value ? I guess its like money collection, so at least it will be 5$ !

It's not really the same as money since it could only be cashed in by the person whose name is on the certificate. Not to mention that at this point it would no longer be honored.
As for current value, a quick google search turned up a few similar certificates that have sold at auction in the $40-75 range. -
