    What are these ribbons?

Our local museum has an un-named Polish WW2 Group Captain's blouse. We're trying to ID the ribbon bars but can't name 2 on the top row. Any help is most appreciated.
    Cheers!

#2 is very probably the Air Force Active Service Medal, issued by the Polish government in Warsaw. A bit added to be sure but the ribbon should be a dark blue with two white stripes on the outer edges.
Air Force Active Service Medal, obverse Air Force Active Service Medal, reverse

"Created on 3 July 1945 for award to all members of the Polish Air Force with at least 6 months of meritorious service with a unit engaged in military operations against the enemy or with at least one year's service with another unit. For each further period of resp. one or two years' service, a silver bar with oak leaves was placed on the medal's ribbon (max. 4 bars allowed). The reverse reads "Poland to her Defender". Copies, having the air force emblem on the obverse executed in red and white enamel, have been found to exist."

#1 bears some resemblance to the Long Service Medal, which may even appear ahead of campaign service awards in Polish precedence, in which case the three bars would presumably stand for 5, 10, 15 or 10, 20, 30 years service. [Perhaps wars service counted double or treble?]. Here is a site with some info. and links on that medal: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medal_for_Long_Service
