    SAS phto's and documents (NEW!!!) found!

    I will let the pictures speak, about a 500 pictures... To lazy to put them all on the web, but I'll do it, also a map FULL of post-war newspaper documents etc. Also a HUGE MAP! From counter intelligence (?).

          I cant talk!!

          You HAVE to make a scan of each photo seperately then I will try and name guys I recognise Marc B will know more names than me though! Incredible photos, all are entirely new to me!!

              Another stunning fnd, U.S. Jumpboots. Looks ike he traded alot with the U.S. guys, a para-liner, a U.S. paraknife, and now boots! Pics will follow!

                        The first photo's you listed were taken at Wesmalle (Belgium) september 1945.
                        It's an exercise with the new 1944 (like your grandfather) sas members.

                        "Can anyone identify those three persons?"
                        The three persons are : left "Slosse" in the middle "Van Cauwelaert" and right (I think) "Ghijs".

                        The other photo's (with parachute etc...) were taken at Waterloo (Belgiuim) on 20 october 1945.
                        The photo "AGAIN HIM... (wartime somewhere in Holland?), bad photo" was also taken at Waterloo.

                        I've got the same photo's at home, they have a stamp at the back " SERVICE PHOTOGRAPHIQUE BELGA ...."
