    Wolseley helmet

This is the only Wolseley helmet I have in my collection. What exactly do I have here?

Nice Wolseley. I don't think that it is Canadian and it is not shown on my (limited) website http://www.servicepub.com/wolseley.htm but is possibly British. Fortunately, there have been a number of articles published on Wolseley Helmet flashes and a Google search may reveal them.

          Wolseley

          Thanks Clive,
I believe the flash is RAMC. I haven't seen many Wolseley helmets with a pugaree that has only three folds. I did find one on google from the IWM that has a RA flash.

Usually safe to say that the three-fold pugaree is typical of issued helmets (i.e, Other Ranks) during the Second World War when the pug was more decorative than utilitarian.
