Could someone give a value of an older RCMP red serge with flat hat and Sam brown with shoulder strap, holster and handcuff case.

You'll have to provide more information if you want a real estimate....all most all RCMP Jackets are dated,.... does it have patches, rank, are the collar emblems "Kings" or "Queens" Crown? Is the Sam Browne a proper Canadian RCMP belt or a "look alike"?.....is the Smokey the bear hat a real RCMP hat or a Boy Scout hat?..... the value is in the details...
I had a 1970s RCMP Jacket I sold for $75.00 w/patches, etc., no hat or belt....I have a 1940 dated RCMP Wool tunic that I wouldn't sell for less than $350.00 (no extras)....not for sale so don't ask!
It is ILLEGAL to sell original RCMP uniforms, hats, insignia, pins, etc. in CANADA... and it will be confiscated by Customs if found...

Selling RCMP items
I have often seen RCMP clothing, badges etc. for sale in Canada. I have not heard that it is illegal. If anyone can shed a knowledgeable light on this matter it would be appreciated.
eBay refuses to allow Canadians to list RCMP uniform items for sale in Canada and threatens expulsion from eBay. However eBay allows UK vendors to sell RCMP items.
By the way the RCMP have stores which sell items marked with the RCMP crest (caps, sweatshirts, mugs etc.) Licenced to make money.
