true but a ww1 MC will still bring £400/500+ so there still not cheap!

Yes, I know they are not cheap, but a WWII MC will be quite expensive, of course.
I only have a miniature MC , BWM & VM to a Lieut. in the 1st Battn. Grenadier Guards; came with a silver engraved locket, with his name, etc.
