Did this man serve at Arnhem ????

Hi all !!!
Any infomation pertaining to a Mr M.J.Blake who served in 2 Para earning the 1939 Star,France and Germant ,War Medal and MGS bar Palestine 45/48 would be appreciated.
Is he on any roll for DDay ,Arnhem etc ??????
