    Battledrees trousers,british or Canadian??

    Battledress trousers,British/Canadian? recently i picked up this battledress trousers,i thougt was british looking to the label,but later i find out the color is much more like the Canadian!!

    Please thoughts about this pair of trousers!!

          dont think these are canadian, the buttons are not what I would expect, unless they changed type, also a pair I have are stamped in ink on the inside waist band with quebec maker and the canadian broad arrow, date etc..

            I must be missing something, the trousers I see are British with British Acceptance Stamp on them, not the C Broadarrow Acceptance Stamp of the Canadian Government.

            Certainly I must be missing something?

              its about the color,its simular to canadian gear not british, as you can see on the picture.
              I own a lot of british uniform pieces but not with this color

                The colour looks similar to the South African BD I own and as you posted not British. Also, British BD trousers I own or have seen have the label on the outside not on the inner waist band, so maybe SA made but British accepted.

                  I don't know what the origins of these trousers are but can say with confidence that they are not Canadian.
