RAF Named Pilots Tunic, Help Please.

Found on Monday morning at my local flee market, nice wartime named tunic to P/O H.Smart. Im wondering if anyone can help put an ID to this name, only thing i can find is a very high ranking officer in the RAF but this jacket does not have the bling, ribbon bar awards that it would for this person, any help would be a great help, thanks in advance. Pete.
May i just add that the ribbon bar has the ribbon for the airforce cross.

    Hard to say.
At least he made it from Pilot Officer P/O to Flight Lieutenant.

Pete, I just picked up an Austin Reed jacket this morning and I think it has an identical wing, could you post a closeup of it? Thanks!
Also, is it Air Force Cross or Air Force Medal? My eyes are preventing me from seeing too well

Looks like AFM to me, not enough diagonals.

Sorry just noticed you have already put that it is the AFC.

Thank You sir! This is helping me to confirm that this specific pattern of wing can be attributed to Austin Reed. Mine is exactly the same, except for one detail, it's an RCAF wing. Originally thought to be a T. Eaton creation of the year 1940, I've seen 6 or 7 reed jackets with this wing in either RAF or RCAF pattern. Too bad about the righthand wing.....
