Need help identifying this Cdn plastic badge

Does anyone know what this badge is? It is plastic or bakelite. It came with other military badges, but I have not seen one before. The calipers and lamp are interesting along with the Beaver, but there is no crown. Does anyone know what the TT is? Any help is appreciated.-Frank

Thanks very much. I did not think of Technical as the first "T". It seems the plastic version is the less common type. Do you know what this badge is valued at in this condition?
