Military Blankets 1900-1950

Hi Guys

I am doing an article for a magazine on British/Commonwealth military blankets. If any of you guys have examples ( even earlier types are welcome ) or know of any good reference or institutions that have exmaples I'd love to know about them. My main interest right now is to collect images of labels and markings. Any help would be much appreciated. You can reach me directly at... mrandc@rogers.com

Somewhere I have some German made ones for the Brit's in Berlin, but I think from the 60's or early 70's.

Thank you for your reply and offer to help. I think they might be out of the date range. If they do turn out to be pre-1950's would be very interested in getting images.

I'll try to find them but it might take a while, they're in one of the 1200 Boxes I still have to sort, but I think I marked it as Blankets Box.
