Unknown British/Canadian Pin

Does anyone have an idea of what this pin is? I’m assuming it is either English or Canadian because of the Union Jack and the Maple Leaf. I’m not sure if it is military but it came with an eBay lot from an enlisted American airman from WWII.

The pin is small, approximately 2 x 1.5 mm and weighs 3.4 g. The back of the pin is numbered and is stamped sterling. There is also a marking on the screw back fastener that reads “The Victory”. Any help would be appreciated.
