Polish WW2 insignia ???? Help needed on veteran find.

I received this photo via email from a guy who got all this all from his grandfather.

He wants an basic offer before he shows me the stuff in person.

Does anybody know what items #5 and #18 are? I think they are Polish but I’m not sure.

Also, do you know a rough value on # 5 and #18.

I know about all the rest, but not those two items, I want to make a fair offer but I do not want to screw it up either (I think he’s shopping it around).

#5 is a Polish cap/beret badge, don't know about #18.

18 looks like a railway workers collar patch

#18 (depicted upside down) = a German postal collar tab from the Weimar era (pre third reich).
The TR ones are basically the same but did not have the eagle devise and instead of stars had pips ...
Star tabs were also used on TR era uniforms (carry-over older uniforms modified), removing the Weimar eagle!
I have an early 1930's Postal uniform with such early star tabs (sans eagle), displayed as late war German volkssturm!
(they wore anything!)

I find that a bit odd, but maybe that's just me. Were I thinking of buying, I'd take the time to look very carefully t every piece before I made an offer.
