1941 dated Regiement Canadien Francais helmet

Found this helmet for sale and its in great condition with the liner, chin strap and decal. Its $75 and I just can't make up my mind. Its date 1941 and is in really nice condition. I know squat about Canadian items, what do you guys think?

Nice looking MKII . Ones with decals are not that common. you cant go wrong at $75

The 22nd served in the 3d Bde, 1st Cdn Inf Division - landed in Sicily in '43, fought in Italy from '43 to '45 and then ended the war in the Netherlands.
