        Hi John,

I believe the Queens Crown Parachute Regiment hat badge, blue wings and Iraqi hat badge are all original, post WW2 of course.

The French Parachute qualification brevet I'm unsure of but this badge doesn't look as well made as other examples I've seen.

And the Kings Crown Parachute Regiment hat badges are all post war reproductions.

        Regards

        Paul

          SAS badge is not WWII

The Special Air Service badge (winged sword not dagger as many people believe) is not a WWII one. The WWII versions were embroidered. Many fakes and reproductions have been produced for the collectors' market.

The RAF jump wings are post war serge 'BD pattern' as opposed to the more modern felt type.
