    Polish Para Photo

    HIYA ,
i picked up this photo last month , ( sorry its a poor scan )
it shows a group of polish service men in the Free Polish Airforce , the white top to their forage caps i presume is the usual mark of a trainee / officer cadet but three of the guys in the back row have metal polish para wings up on the breast i presume they are just former para`s that decided to join the Airforce ??? if any one has any opinions or they know of a specialist PARA /R.A.F unit please reply ,thanks ,Michael.

    PTS - Ringway

There were no specialist Para units associated with the PAF, but the PAF did have instructors and trainers at the PTS Ringway, which might account for PAF trained parachutists.
