Not dated but the wartime BD's and the open collars with ties for the NCO's suggest late war or very early post war. Suggested to be OCTU 163, the "Artist Rifles". Two of the NCO's wear British troops Northern Ireland flashes and a few wear medal ribbons and the latter again suggests late war or early post war.
