The badge is marked AMOR Sydney
I can't seem to find anything out about the silver color. Is this possibly sterling silver?
Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,
Most of these post 1949 badges were made of Brass.
I dont think it is Sterling Silver,otherwise it would be Hallmarked.
I think it might be a chrome enhanced badge.
However,
I read a discussion about these being used by the Queens Guard of Honour.

If it is authentic its very Rare.
