Scam badges

Another scum bag in the UK getting closer and closer to the real deal. I am not saying the seller is the scum bag but someone over there is. The UK made officers badge has been repro'd in everything from dog dung to fibreglass. The originals have pins holding the overlay to the brass base and they are ALL made with tha gilt wash. Give em a year or two and they will be out with one like that. This stuff really pisses me off.

This seller has offered a good mix of original special forces insignia, and poor fakes.

Thank you for posting the pictures Luc!

They are excellent as I feel collectors should become familiar with the variety of fakes being offered out there under the false pretense of being original. When I emailed him, I got the usual sham response, “This badge was in a collection for over 30 years”.
