    Officers' RE Para Beret

    Hiya Fellas.

What's your thoughts on this one? It's listed as "belonging to Lt John Minter RE, who dropped behind enemy lines at Arnhem during Operation Market Garden in 1944"

I'm sceptical to say the least with the pictures provided, being that it's obviously water tested revealing the Kangol but not the date....

    Your thoughts?

this looks to be an original Kangol WW2.

Does it have the knobby top?

Yo may want to wet the interior and take a picture.

      It looks good though.

Of course it is always nicer to actually handle the beret in your hands, however if the seller offers an inspection period, that would be a good start. Do you know if it has a WD stamp inside and if so, what letter in above the WD?

        Cheers
