Help With Named British Airborne Helmet

Gentlemen. Moving some helmets around today I noticed a name in a 1944 dated British Airbone Helmet. The name has a distinct Polish theme to it, YERSZ SINSKI.
No doubt his helmet was also used post war but does the name have any significance to anyone?

    Best regards, Simon

In the list of polish and allied personnel awarded the parachute badge is no one with Yersz (maybe that means Jerzy) or Sinski or Jerszynsk etc.
Maybe he had´t got a parachute badge...

Many thanks for the information. I didn't know of the existance of this list, do you have a link to it? My own father obtained his wings during the war and I would very much like to see it. I know very little about him.
        Best regards,

        Simon Lannoy
