The cap badge that you show and the one being worn are for The Northumberland Fusiliers, not The Royal Fusiliers.

Victory Medal

The victory medal looks fine to me.
What makes you think it is renamed?

I might be wrong ( there is always a first time ) perhaps its the photo it just does not look stamped right . Always happy to be corrected though . Rob
