Australian MkII with LC and broad arrow, question...

I've ran across a 42 rimless helmet with a 'LC and broad arrow' mark. There is no CS stamp. Didn't Lysaght make Aust. helmets as well? Could this be a Lysaght Co. stamp?
Believe it or not, this helmet is in France. (don't know if it has a Dunlop liner) Did Lysaght UK ever make any rimless...any thoughts?

From what i believe, the Broardarrow denotes it was military issued and the letters were inspectors initials.I have quite a few with different letters on them.
Commonwealth Steel in conjunction with Lysaghts produced the Helmets but i have yet to see any Lysaght markings on them.
    Cheers Mick
