Post war MKVIII Goggles?

I found this at the swapmeet today for $15.00. Other than being stamped "MADE IN ENGLAND" on one side of the lens frame and "PATENT" on the other lens frame I can find no other marks. Any ideas on what time frame and value?

After looking at the E-bay stuff I would have to say while not WW2 era, they are not brand new either. Thanks for the info!!

i didnt say they were new or that modern just post war probably from the late 60`s
i might have a spare bridge if you want to repair them
