Help with name on medal box?

I'm having trouble making out the name on this box so I thought I would employ some additional eyes. Any suggestions? Thanks

Don't think it's H.G. if you compare the second word, second line which appears to be "Hall" the letter H is different. The first initial looks like the letter beginning the line before Staffs. If this makes sense.
